熱治理規章制度
摘自C3S 284、Q/6S 992、AMS 5841B和AMS 5842B ,熱軋鋼板棒和冷拔棒的原則(ze)熱治(zhi)理 制度的重要性為:
A 軋鋼(gang)棒材固溶(rong)整理:(1040~1050)℃±15℃×(4~8)h/WQ;
B 冷(leng)拔棒材*治(zhi)理還有:固溶﹢冷(leng)拔﹢時長:
固溶熱(re)外理:(1040~1050)℃±15℃×(4~8)h/WQ;
冷拔壓扁(bian)量:48%±1%;
期限熱加工處理:(650~675)℃±15℃×(4~4.5)h/AC。
